This tour is the best option for those who want to know as much as possible about Novosibirsk and to explore Academgorodok (Academic Town) — the center of science and innovations established in the late 50ies for the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of sciences. Located at the 25 km distance from the downtown, it has been the research hub where hundreds of breaking inventions and discoveries in all areas of science were made.

You will see the smartest street in the world; you will look at the old and the new buildings of the Novosibirsk State university and learn its history and academic success. You will get immersed into the details of everyday life of academics and professors. You will stop by the unique laboratory mouse monument and buy some local specialties from the traditional fancy supermarket.
